LC7010 bolt-type shell rubber coating
Bolt-type shell rubber slab is connected with the roller by bolting the shell rubber slab, which is made of wear-resistant rubber layer and metal layer thermal curing. It has high wearing-resistance, flexibility, tensile-resistance and tear-resistance. A specially diamond pattern assists the belt operation, doubling friction and traction. It can be installed on site. The roller does not need to be disassembled, which is convenient and quick.
Technical parameters and requirements
1. Thickness of shell steel plate is 6 mm, and width is 628 mm. The material is Q235A.
2. Hardness of adhesive surface: Non-flame-retardant Shore A hardness is 60-75, and flame-retardant Shore A hardness is 60-75
3. Wearing amount: ≤160 mm³   Tensile strength: ≥15MPa
Elongation: ≥250%
Conductivity: ≤3.0×108The peel strength of rubber coating layer and metal roller shall be ≥4.8k N/m.
4. The thickness of rubber slab is 12 mm or 15 mm. The total thickness of shell rubber slab is 18 mm or 20 mm.
5. Use M12 bolts to connect, with radial hole 100 mm long from arc; Middle stud is protruding by 5 mm.
6. It is suitable for rollers smaller than ф1,400×1,400.
